What do you do at your parties?

Our immersive Event Center parties are an exciting and truly unforgettable experience for your little ones to meet and interact with their favorite characters -- all inside our beautiful party venue located inside the Silver Lake Mall across from Macy's.  Our parties include a live sing-along activity, cupcakes for all guests, banquet table, present opening ceremony, and much more!

Are your parties appropriate for all ages?

Yes!  All ages are sure to enjoy our authentic and engaging performances, and we offer over 25 characters from different worlds.  There's something for everyone to enjoy!  Our characters love to entertain at corporate events, schools, festivals and fairs, and many more -- plus we also host many different themed events and live productions throughout the year!

How far in advance should I book?

Our party dates fill up quickly, and we recommend booking at least 1 month in advance. Parties are booked first come first serve. Call or email us to book today for an unforgettable magical experience that you and your guests will never forget!

How do I book an event?

You can simply fill out our online booking form, send us an email, or call us (805)-245-0965.  Once your information is confirmed, we will send you a PayPal invoice.  Payment is due as soon as the invoice is sent so that we are able to secure your date.

Can I book more than one character?

As long as we have the availability for your date and time, you can book as many characters as you like! Each additional character is $100.  Please note that an extra charge may apply to certain characters.  

What do characters do at the parties?

What COVID-friendly party options do you have?

Face shields for our characters are available upon request.  Wearing a mask is up to the discretion of guests.

If you would like our assistants/handlers to wear a mask, please let us know in advance.

What if I need to cancel?  What is your refund policy?

If you must change the date of your party then please try to do so as early as possible so we can reschedule another date and time for you; all new dates subject to availability.  Any cancellations 14 days prior to the day of the party can be rescheduled, and will be non-refundable.  If cancelled less than 48hrs before the day of the party then the date is non-exchangeable and will not be rescheduled.
