As of 01/04/2021:
- At this time, we are unable to take bookings for indoor parties/visits in the WA/Spokane area.
- We recommend that home parties/visits in the North Idaho/CDA area be limited to 10 guests.
- Parties at the Character Event Center are limited to 12 kids max.
- When booking with Dreams Are Forever Events, you assume the risk that you and/or your family may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19.
- If you would like to request that our character(s) wear protective face shields at your event, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can accommodate you.
- Wearing a mask is up to the guest(s) discretion. Our handlers/assistants will be wearing masks at all times during the duration of your party.
Dreams Are Forever Events holds the right to change any pricing on their website either up or down at any given time. The price that you pay is confirmed when booking in an email/message from us and you will always pay what we invoice to you directly in our correspondence. If our pricing does, for example, go up after we have invoiced you the amount, then you will still pay the same amount that was invoiced to you.
Booking and payment policy:
After the initial booking request has been made, and we have confirmed your date and details, an invoice will be sent through PayPal's secure gateway. Please note that we are unable to send invoice until your party details have been confirmed. PayPal or credit/debit card through the PayPal Virtual Terminal are currently the only forms of payment accepted. Until payment is received, we are unable to "book" your party on our calendar, and your desired date and time-slot will remain open until payment has been received. We recommend booking 3-4 weeks before your party to secure your desired date. Parties booked 7 days or less in advance are subject to availability and up to our own discretion. A travel fee will be required if the party or event location is outside a radius of 15 miles from our Event Center in Dalton Gardens, ID.
If you must change the date of your party then please try to do so as early as possible so we can reschedule another date and time for your character party; all new dates subject to availability. Any cancellations 14 days prior to the day of the party can be rescheduled, and will be non-refundable. If cancelled less than 48hrs before the day of the party then the date is non-exchangeable and will not be rescheduled.
Character Event Center policies:
No outside food or drink is allowed into the Character Event Center. Cupcakes are included in our Event Center party package, and additional sweets/eats can be added on for an additional cost. Your party at the Event Center will start promptly at the time-slot you booked. Please arrive on time and exit at the appropriate time. If you stay over your time-slot, $100 per half-hour will be charged. We request that you please provide a full guest list of the children attending the Event Center at least 7 days before your booked party date.
You as the hostess/host or the child’s parent, are responsible for any behavior problems or issues during the party or event. Our characters will not assume responsibility for providing any disciplinary action during a party. In order to continue to deliver and offer a magical and wonderful experience for your party, our character performers will need to stay fully in character and to only focus on children that are following the rules and behaving appropriately during the party. If any issues do arise then it is the parent or guardians sole responsibility to issue any discipline and deal with any disruptive behavior. Our characters are not childminders and at least one parent must be present for the entire duration of the booking.
Character performer policy:
If you have a specific request for a certain performer then please ask and we will do our best to accommodate this for you but due to availability, we cannot guarantee your party will be hosted by any specific performer you have seen, but we can guarantee a quality look alike and performer.
Please note that we sometimes do take photos at parties/events and that these photos may be used to show a character experience on our website and on social media. If you do not want photos placed on our website and social media, you will need to let Dreams Are Forever Events know in advance. These photos will in no way be used to create merchandise or to sell to the public, only to promote and show potential customers a true representation of what they can expect when booking with us. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to ask.
Accident or damage policy:
Dreams Are Forever Events is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur at any particular party or event.
Our performers have the right to walk out and leave if at any point they feel threatened, harassed or unsafe.
